Job Title: Quality Assurance Tech

Shift: 2nd Shift

Scheduled Hours: Varies (1:00pm to 3:30am)

Pay Rate: *$19.00 (*Includes Shift Differential & Attendance Incentive)

Job Duties: This position monitors and verifies product compliance with all applicable specifications. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Set-up workstation and assuring the necessary equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Inspect incoming raw materials.
• Verify kill dates and applicable shelf dates fall within acceptable range criteria.
• Performs pre-operational activities to include inspection and release of equipment prior to use.
• Monitor all product attributes according to processing specifications.
• Monitor and document applicable HACCP, GMP and SSOP requirements.
• Responsible for identifying and isolating questionable product.
• Complies with all safety and food safety policies and regulations.
• All other duties assigned.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
