What It Takes to Keep Quality Strong
- 1 year of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing
- Physically able to stand, move, and lift (up to) 50 lbs
- You’ve got sharp eyes and steady hands

On the Floor, Every Shift
The role involves packaging products to specifications, including proper labeling, palletizing, and wrapping, while inspecting for quality issues and reporting defects. Responsibilities include maintaining adequate packaging supplies, counting and reporting scrap, following all safety procedures, and keeping the work area clean. The position also requires clear communication with supervisors about packaging or quality concerns and may involve operating machinery or assisting with other production tasks as needed.
