Are you an experienced Quality professional within the Aerospace sector with part 145 experience?Key skills required for this roleQuality Manager, Quality Engineer, Part 145ImportantQuality Manager, Quality Engineer, Part 145Job descriptionOur client is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team in West Sussex, with projects specialising in the maintenance and repair of aircraft engines.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to take on a pivotal role within a growing organisation, or a Senior Quality Engineer looking to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and maintain compliance with CAA Part 145 regulations.
– Manage the quality assurance team to ensure adherence to aviation standards.
– Conduct audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Act as the appointed/nominated person for regulatory bodies.
– Support Safety Management System (SMS) processes.Candidate Requirements:
– CAA Part 145 experience (essential)
– Form 1 approval (preferred)
– Experience as an appointed/nominated person (preferred)
– Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) (preferred)Company Benefits:
