Details: The Quality Receiving Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards of products by conducting detailed inspections and data collection. This position requires previous medical device inspection experience and focuses on complex product inspections. The inspector measures key quality characteristics, performs visual inspections on incoming materials, and reviews final products to ensure they meet quality specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect complex products received by Receiving Inspections.
• Maintain and validate inspection equipment.
• Organize and preserve Inspection and Non-conformance records.
• Maintain Receiving Inspections, Quarantine, and NCR logs.
• Ensure identification and traceability of products.
• Use of precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Familiarity with blueprints, quality assurance, quality check, tolerances, CMM, GMP, quality standards, assembly, production, gauges, and GD&T.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
