Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

• Familiarity with ISO9001 standards (AS9100 a plus)
• Internal or lead auditor experience
• Working knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, APQP, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively – you value teamwork and contribute positively to shared goals.
• Known for your integrity, consistently doing what’s right even under pressure.
• Committed to excellence and continuous improvement in your work.
• A respectful and dependable communicator with a solution-focused mindset.

education and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a quality-focused role.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments preferred.
• ISO9001 certification is a plus.

Physical Demands – OFFICE / TRAVEL

• Standing/Sitting: 40/60 %
• Walking/Bending/Stooping: 10%
• Lifting Requirements: 25 pounds
• Travel by air, rail, auto (10% of time)
• Work in manufacturing area, QA lab and office areas
• Exposures – Odors, Fumes, Noise, Chemicals, Temperature, Vision strain, Moving parts.
