Job Overview:
Put your hands-on Quality
Technician and CMM operation experience to work with Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in industrial
innovation. We’re seeking a skilled Quality
Technician to support our IRP, MP Pump, and Oberdorfer Pump (MPOB) Business Unit, contributing directly to product excellence and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll use your practical manufacturing
experience and strong working knowledge of quality processes
to drive high-standard outcomes. Your ability to operate a CMM
and run existing programs, combined with experience in gauging, calibration
, and evaluation
techniques, will be key to maintaining world-class quality. Exposure to PPAP
documentation and a general familiarity with ISO
procedures will set you up for success. If you’re detail-oriented, passionate about improving product quality

Pay Range
: The base pay range for this role is $65,000 – $95,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
