The RCA Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting the RCA team with data management. Specifically, the RCA Data Entry Specialist ensures that client and payment data is updated and recorded to meet the compliance standards and requirements set by program funders.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure monthly compliance of program data entry and reports
• Upload client payments into Client Track
• Support RCA team with opening client cases in Client Track as needed
• Work with the RCA Supervisor to conduct quality assurance checks on client and payment data
• Reconcile monthly RCA payment report with finance staff
• Ensure case files and reports are maintained in accordance with grant requirements
• Other duties as requested
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• Relevant professional experience required; minimum of 2 years’ experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven success achieving goals and working effectively with all levels of staff in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal, insured vehicle, and the ability to travel regularly throughout the service delivery area
Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
