Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop new hair care formulations (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling products).
- Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing on new and existing products.
- Source and assess new raw materials and technologies from suppliers.
- Monitor competitor products and industry innovations to identify opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D for personal care or cosmetic products.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and product safety testing.
- Strong understanding of hair biology, ingredient functionality, and formulation techniques.
