Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new hair care formulations (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, styling products).
• Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing on new and existing products.
• Source and assess new raw materials and technologies from suppliers.
• Monitor competitor products and industry innovations to identify opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in R&D for personal care or cosmetic products.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and product safety testing.
• Strong understanding of hair biology, ingredient functionality, and formulation techniques.
