• Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in line with the KS3 and KS4 Religious Education curriculum
• Encourage respectful dialogue, critical thinking, and spiritual reflection
• Foster a classroom environment where every belief is valued and every student feels heard
• Use a range of formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
• Contribute to the wider school community through assemblies, interfaith projects, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching Religious Education at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
• Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
• Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Be enthusiastic about continuous professional development, team collaboration, and curriculum innovation
