This Manchester law firm is well regarded and has a well earned reputation for its real estate work.Your new roleThis real estate solicitor role will see you specialise in residential development work. The department has an excellent track record for its residential development work and has a strong client list. You can expect to enjoy working on good quality and high profile work for clients across both the private and public sectors. You will be able to forge extremely close working relationships with clients and enjoy partnering with them on key projects.What you’ll need to succeedApplications are invited from real estate lawyers with 2+ years’ pqe. The firm is keen to hear from lawyers with residential development experience but is equally open to receiving applications from real estate solicitors with a more general commercial property background who have a desire to move into this area of work.What you’ll get in returnThis is a rare home working role for a real estate lawyer to join a law firm that has a good brand and is able to provide a very good work/life balance.
