• Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of Reception students.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports growth and learning.
• Monitor and assess Reception student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective planning and resource sharing.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to support the holistic development of Reception students.

Requirements

• PGCE or equivalent qualification.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Reception students.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
