We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to serve seniors with compassionate, supportive care at one of Minnesota’s leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers.Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has been filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blended to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56 skilled and transitional care units.

A Receptionist is responsible for:

  • Greeting all visitors
  • Answering a multi-line phone system and transferring calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Providing dirction to visitors to the building
  • Miscellaneous clerical duties with various departments as needed.

position available:

  • Part time position working every other Sunday 4:00pm – 8:00pm, additional hours may be available for pick up. This will include a rotating holiday with the Reception Team.

Qualifications:

Experience: One Year Reception/Administrative Experience in a fast paced role (required). Previous experience using Microsoft Office is required.

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Maintain a professional, polite and friendly demeanor
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all staff, visitors, vendors, family members, residents, and tenants in all situations.
  • Multi-tasking skills, fast recall and memorization abilities.
  • Ability to complete job duties independently with little supervision.
  • Light typing skills, 30-35 wpm.

Pay Range: $16.87 – $22.89/hour depending on experience

Saint Therese of Woodbury is now on a public transit roadway. Metro Transit is now piloting a new on-demand, shared ride service in a few areas around the metro, including a 13-square-mile area in Woodbury and parts of Oakdale and Lake Elmo. Metro micro will operate between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.
