Receptionist

Responsible for operating a multi-line phone system answering inbound phone calls. Routes callers to correct department or individual. Candidate will need to be have strong mult-task skills as they will be greeting all guests and staff as well as working online assisting donors with their questions/concerns while meeting the goals of the department.

Appropriately greets/acknowledges all visitors in a professional manner determining nature of business while providing all guests with guest sticker
• Receives incoming telephone calls determining purpose of call and transfers as needed
• Recruits donors by calling specific call lists provided by Telerecruitment.

High School diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to organize work for timely completion
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
• Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
