Finance firmAbout the Client:An exciting opportunity with a large asset management fund which employs almost 500 people. The fast-paced, fast-growing finance firm is looking for a dependable Receptionist with an exceptional sense of customer service.About the role:This is a dynamic Receptionist role, supporting the wider senior team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing outstanding guest experience
• Management of meetings, including troubleshooting and problem-solving any scheduling conflicts
• Hospitality responsibilities, including organisation of lunches, equipment checks and setting up telecommunications
• Consistent, prompt and professional handling of a high volume of phone calls and messages
• Reporting and escalation of any maintenance issues
• Maintaining stock and presentation of pantries and office inventories
• Co-ordination with the housekeeper on the pristine presentation of the office
• Other ad-hoc administrative support

Candidate specification:

• Reception/concierge experience in corporate environment is necessary
• High call volume/switchboard experience
• Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Outlook calendar management experience
• Highly professional and positive presence and demeanour
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong sense of customer service
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Additional information:

• 8am – 5pm on some days, and 9am – 6pm on others – you will need to be prepared to be flexible
• Fully office-based
• Up to £40k
