We are looking to add aReceptionistto our growing team.If you are a customer-service orientedindividual that wants to be a part of a dynamic team in the Real Estate industry,we’dlove to hear from you. The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization’s success.
This role is in office 5 x week – Homer, Alaska.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Greet, interact, andassistvisitors and customers

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents;maintainingaccounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages

  • Receive, sort and route mail

  • Order andmaintainoffice supplies and equipment

WhatYou’llBring:

  • Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsand willingness to learn other technology as needed

  • Strong work ethic and meets commitments

  • Thrives in contributing to a teamworkingtogether to deliver beyond customer expectations

  • Previousexperience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent
