We are looking to add aReceptionistto our growing team.If you are a customer-service orientedindividual that wants to be a part of a dynamic team in the Real Estate industry,we’dlove to hear from you. The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization’s success.
This role is in office 5 x week – Homer, Alaska.
WhatYou’llDo
Greet, interact, andassistvisitors and customers
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents;maintainingaccounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
Receive, sort and route mail
Order andmaintainoffice supplies and equipment
WhatYou’llBring:
Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need
Excellent verbal and written communication
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsand willingness to learn other technology as needed
Strong work ethic and meets commitments
Thrives in contributing to a teamworkingtogether to deliver beyond customer expectations
Previousexperience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
