Under general supervision, provides records and information management analysis, evaluation, and consultation for Bank records. Responsibilities may include assisting in the inventory, evaluation, and recommendation of proper record management practices; assisting in writing procedures and providing user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides fundamental support for the RIM function. Assignments may include tracking performance, preparing reports, and other department needs.
  • Maintains RIM procedures and information system quality assurance testing methodologies, coordinates testing, analyzes results and recommends improvement opportunities. Coordinates the maintenance of the District’s data maps and retention schedule; ensures quality.
  • Coordinates project efforts by scheduling and managing resources to assist in meeting project deliverables; interacts with cross functional business area teams as needed.
  • Consults and works collaboratively with Senior Analysts to develop and achieve RIM objectives. Coordinates RIM communications using various communication methods (in-person, e-mail, phone, collaborative sites, presentations, etc.)
  • May assist with business line consultations: Shares meeting agendas and presentations, develops and maintains relationships with business lines, schedules and runs meetings as necessary.
  • Maintains a working knowledge regarding RIM industry practices, data privacy, data governance, and/or information technology concepts. Maintains a strong understanding of our Policies, Standards, and best practices, as applicable.
  • Participates in District and System-level records and information management work groups activities as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: Two to Five years preferred

Functional Knowledge Preferences

Knowledge Areas:

  • Records and Information Management (including paper, structured, and unstructured

electronic records)

  • Demonstrated ability to work professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization and handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity
  • General understanding of business functions and responsibilities

Technical Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications including SharePoint Online & Teams

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Certified Records Analyst (or other records, information, or data management/governance related professional certification) preferred
