Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recruitment Administrator to join a Human Resources team within the Not For Profit and Charities sector. The successful candidate will provide efficient recruitment support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment process and liaising with hiring managers
- Assisting with the preparation of job adverts and job descriptions
- Coordinating interviews and responding to candidate inquiries
- Performing administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with data protection laws
- Supporting the HR team with various tasks as needed
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Our client is a reputable organisation within the Not For Profit sector and based in the Lewes area.
- An hourly rate of approximately £13 – £14 per hour
- 2 Month assignment with the chance for extension
- Hybrid working
