Location: Essex County Pre-Release and Reentry Center – Lawrence, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday. 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay rate: $27.40-$28.84/hour

The Re-Entry Case Management Specialist is responsible for:
Assessing and evaluating offender needs using designated assessment and risk-assessment instruments.
Monitoring offender compliance with all programs and ECSD rules and regulations.
Facilitating evidence-based psychoeducational groups for assigned population as defined by the curriculum and according to Spectrum standards.
Providing reentry planning for eligible pretrial inmates.
Facilitating reentry/discharge planning for assigned sentenced populations.
Completing Strengths, Needs, and Culture Discovery.
Reentry data/progress transfer within continuum (Middleton, ECPRC, WIT, STAR).
Providing support and guidance for inmate population to navigate and addressing needs/issues (Canteen/Inmate Accounts, Property, Visits, Notary service, grievances, and facility processes).
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, human services, education or closely related field required.
CADC or LADC preferred.
Knowledge of local/regional community resources for substance use recovery and reentry stabilization
