Under the leadership of the Assistant Vice President, Regional Campuses with a dotted line matrix responsibility to primary supervisors in each area, the incumbent provides leadership, direction, and coordination for multiple enrollment and retention functions at the campus. In addition, oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned regional campus and serves as the campus point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, federal and state regulations within the admissions, testing, and registration areas. Maintains consistency, accuracy and student-centered customer service by ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective generating continuous service improvement. Communication is continuous between the division, industry partners, specialized agencies, and governmental regulatory bodies.
Compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards/requirements, as well as all MATC policies and procedures.
Required Education & experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Three (3) years of progressively responsible work experience in higher education
A minimum of three (3) years of staff supervision or two (2) years with completion of Emerging Leaders
Preferred Education & Experience:
Master’s degree
Five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience in higher education
A minimum of three (3) years of staff supervision or two (2) years with completion of Emerging Leaders

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Start Date: This position is in the District Administration department and is available to start immediately.
Hours: This position is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with occasional evenings as necessary. This position works 100% on-site.
Compensation: Salary pay rates are listed up to the midpoint of the range and placement is determined based on years of experience, internal salary equity, and a review of the applicant’s employment and educational background as listed on the job Application.
