Job description
Regional Facilities Manager to join a rapidly expanding logistics business covering 4 sites across Dublin & Cork.
- Oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and improvement of facilities.
- Manage and deliver CAPEX projects across the portfolio
- Ensure adherence to compliance / health and safety regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of engineers and facilities staff.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules.
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategic facilities plans.
- Manage external contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage budgets for the facilities department.
- Implement and manage energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

- A degree in Engineering or a related field (desirable)
- Previous experience in a multi-site Facilities Management role within the logistics sector
- Understanding / knowledge of refrigeration systems would be advantageous
- IOSH / NEBOSH Certification
- Knowledge of compliance/ health and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach to maintenance and improvement.
Reporting into the UK&I Head of Facilities, the Regional Facilities & Engineering Manager is responsible for overall compliance & maintenance of existing properties and equipment including building services, refrigeration systems, racking, MHE and automation. The successful applicant will have an active role in any new developments, site upgrades / CAPEX projects. You will manage a mixture of direct maintenance staff along with specialist external contractors.
- €75,000 – €85,000 annual salary
