Location: Farmington, MO 63640
Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Shifts: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay rate:$50-$55/hr
                
Role & Responsibilities:

• Complete annual nutrition assessments for 120 patients.
• Complete quarterly progress notes for 120 patients.
• Respond to doctor ordered nutrition consults with patients.
• Participation in treatment team meeting.
• The RD conducts thorough assessments of patients’ nutritional status, considering their medical history, dietary habits, and lab results.
• Based on the assessments, they develop personalized meal plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient, often within the context of their mental health treatment.
• The RD works closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• They educate patients about healthy eating habits, food choices, and the connection between nutrition and mental health.
• They monitor patients’ progress, making adjustments to meal plans as needed and providing ongoing support and guidance.

License and Certification:

• Active license of Registered Dietitian.
