Job Reference: 34204Registered Learning Disability Nurse + £5000 Welcome Bonus(Please note – you must be eligable to work in the UK)Location: Melton Mowbray, LeicesterPay Rates: Up to £37,227 per year (Band 6 Salary)Shift Patterns: 12 hour shifts.As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding treatment and care whilst working for one of the largest Private Healthcare Organisations in the UK. You will be based within a leading neurorehabilitation hospital caring for those with ABI and progressive neurological conditions.Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional treatment and support to patients
• Create an empowering environment that helps patients enhance their quality of life
• Assist patients in reaching their potential with minimal restrictions
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to design individualized, recovery-oriented plans and pathways
• Take on a key leadership role within the ward
• Apply your knowledge and innovative ideas to improve practices continuously
• Establish new benchmarks within the Organisation and the broader healthcare field

Qualification/experience:

• A minimum of 6 months post registartion experience.
• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
• Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Undertake regular mandatory training
• As part of our onboarding check will we also need to see a copy of your Academic Qualification
