Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: £48,000 per annum plus bonuses

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a nurturing, trauma-informed environment focused on lasting positive outcomes for young people.About the Role:
You will manage all aspects of the home’s operation, including safeguarding, staff leadership, and the delivery of trauma-informed care. Your leadership will ensure compliance with regulations and promote a culture of warmth, stability, and therapeutic support.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day management and development of the homeOversee personalised, trauma-informed care plansManage safeguarding, staff training, supervision, and wellbeingEnsure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and other legislationPromote reflective practice and therapeutic approaches across the teamPrepare for and manage Ofsted inspectionsCoordinate staff rotas including out-of-hours coverMaintain high-quality records and reportingParticipate in integrated therapeutic planning and assessmentsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years’ residential childcare experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management roleLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to work towards this within 2 yearsStrong leadership and team development skillsKnowledge of Trauma-Informed Care, PACE, safeguarding, and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015Confidence to register with Ofsted and complete the Fit Person InterviewFull UK manual driving licenceEnhanced DBS and excellent referencesIdeal Candidate:
