Our experienced team is carefully selected and trained to give your child personalized attention, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.Ofsted Registered children’s homes based throughout the North West specialising in therapeutic care. We are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to manage our new home, which will care and support up to 3 young people.Essentials

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services; or equivalent; or a preparedness to work towards the same.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development.
• 3 years’ experience working with children in the last 5 years and at least 1 year at senior level.
• Supervision or management experience.
• Working with children, young people and their families.
• Work in a residential setting.
• Inter-agency work.

Experience:
