Job Description:
To provide health care to students according to written nursing protocols as approved by the Medical/NP/PA staff at the ODU Student Health Center and to also serve as Clinic Registered Nurse.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a young adult population. Demonstrated ability to perform physical assessment functions. Demonstrated ability to work with physicians, nurse practitioners, physicians assistants, health educators. General knowledge of and skill in the operation of an outpatient clinic facility. Demonstrated ability to relate health education information to a student population. Basic computer skills. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
