Registered Nurse Weekend Baylor

REGISTERED NURSE/RN CARE MANAGER (RN), full time home health. PruittHealth @ Home Monroe services home health patients throughout Walton, Newton, and Jasper County and is seeking RNs to join their growing TEAM. 

Home health experience is required for the Weekend Baylor which will work either Friday – Sunday or Saturday – Monday but home health experience is not required for the RN Care Manger position. We will gladly and properly teach home health to a RN with the desire to work in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
