Requirements of the Nursing Manager:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 12 years of experience in nursing, with a focus on managerial roles.
• Preferably experience in the Middle East, with a strong understanding of regional healthcare systems.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage large teams and oversee operational functions.
• Respect for local customs, traditions, and laws.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and complete the necessary compliance and onboarding processes.
• Valid Saudi Council & Licensed from Country of origin.
