Relocation Assistant – Morris Plains, NJ

Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Relocation Administrative Assistant. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the Parsippany, NJ office location. The Relocation Admin Assistant provides administrative support to the Customer experience team.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for setting up manual move records within SLAs.
• Allocates/Assigns files within SLAs.
• Provides coverage of inbox when needed.
• Supports expense processing for Executive Ambassador files.
• Performs data entry of move benefits, vendors and other actions as required.
• Supports data integrity audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
• Generates and provides status reports by deadline, and other reports when requested.
• Provides temporary coverage for colleagues in administrative roles as needed, including office and finance administration.
• Arranges team meetings, events, and lunches.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall relocation process and team objectives.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two (2) or more years of experience in administration role
• Relocation industry experience preferred
• Direct client interaction and advisory experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

The estimated base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $60,000 (annually). The rate of pay is dependent upon several factors including the candidate’s relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
