Join a leading North American distributor, renowned for producing top-quality kitchen and bathroom plumbing products used worldwide, as a Remote Associate Product Consultant – (Bilingual French or Unilingual English)As a Remote Associate Product Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers, sales teams, and industry professionals by providing expert product knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, and order support.Remote Associate Product Associate – Role Details:· Benefits from Day One – Health & dental coverage· Vacation: 2 weeks (10 days) in the first year, plus the option to purchase an additional 5 days· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (Rotating Shift)· Retirement Savings: Unmatched 8% RRSP company contribution· Annual Bonus: 6% based on company performance (Achieved for 16+ consecutive years!)· Salary: $49,500/year (Bilingual French) | $47,000/year (Unilingual)Remote Associate Product Associate – Responsibilities:· Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally· Assist customers, sales teams, plumbers, wholesale agents, and internal associates with:· Order entry and status updates· Troubleshooting (technical/mechanical)· Product inquiries and information· Provide customer support via phone· Coordinate with marketing and finance for consumer cash sales· Collaborate with shipping on deliveries, transfer orders, and pickup ordersRemote Associate Product Associate – Qualifications· High school diploma (Grade 12)· Minimum 1 year of call center experience (must have worked in a call center environment)· Plumbing or electrical knowledge is a strong asset· Ability to handle high call volumes (up to 60 calls per day)· Strong adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment· SAP experience is an asset· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Strong face-to-face customer service skills
