Key Responsibilities

• Convert high-intent inbound leads into active policyholders.
• Manage a fast-paced daily schedule of inbound calls and follow-ups.
• Maintain high closing ratios by navigating objections and building immediate rapport.
• Accurately document all sales activity within the CRM.

Requirements

• Life Insurance License
• Proven Track Record: experience in high-volume phone sales or “one-call-close” environments.
• Remote Readiness: Must have a professional home office, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer.
• Self-Management: The ability to stay productive in a 100% remote, independent contractor capacity.
