****MUST live in Western NY – (Rochester, Buffalo, or Syracuse areas)*
Account Management Associates primary responsibilities are to manage account service entitlements and administer billings for Service Contracts, Software Assurance, Time and Material service and Professional Services.
*Daily Tasks:*
oProcessing maintenance agreement orders
oWarranty registrations
oBilling for time/material calls
oCommunicating with external customers (email and outbound calls for lapsed contracts)
oSupporting account management and customer retention
oPrimarily back-end support (processing, admin tasks)
oSome outbound calls for renewals (not cold calling)
oMay provide quotes if requested, but not responsible for new sales
*experience & Qualifications*
o3-5 years in business environment (order processing, sales/service)
oDegree is preferred but not required
oFamiliarity with Microsoft Office and possibly Salesforce
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
