Your leadership will drive efforts to standardize metrics, deliver streamlined reporting for the Digital Direct Sales organization, and incorporate cutting-edge generative AI insights into compelling report visualizations. ResponsibilitiesCoach team members to understand the business and its data landscape, driving action on opportunities and solutions. Lead a team of Technical Program Managers and Business Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, optimize tool usage (Adobe Analytics, Adoe Customer Journey Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Clarity), and adopt efficient processes and reporting solutions. Set up integrated datasets and frameworks, partnering with Data Science and partner business teams to develop machine learning models, rhythm of business (RoB) reporting or advanced tools, and work with Data Engineering teams to build data infrastructure and pipelines. Foster cross-team collaboration, enforce standards on bias, privacy, and ethics, and align with organizational requirements. By leveraging data from multiple sources, you will guide your team in performing complex analyses, resolving challenges, and delivering impactful solutions focused on improving customer engagement and conversion rate. Develop your team to synthesize insights, streamline reporting, and innovate for efficiency. As a subject matter expert, you will coach others, share critical domain knowledge, and align generated models with business objectives.
