Department: MED-Neurology
Salary/Grade: EXS/8
Marketing statement:
Join a dynamic, mission-driven neurology research team. Our work bridges translational neuroscience, engineering, and data science to improve diagnosis, prediction, and outcomes for atrisk patients through innovative research and emerging technologies. We investigate the mechanisms of delirium-an acute disorder of attention and awareness affecting nearly 1 in 5 older hospitalized adults. Our goal is to improve diagnosis, prediction, and outcomes through innovative translational research and cuttingedge technology development.
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Data Analyst/Scientist who is passionate about working at the intersection of clinical care, neuroscience, and digital health, with prior experience using machine-learning and AI based analytical tools. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop and deploy advanced data science solutions that directly impact human health and to support translationally motivated bench science projects.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fastpaced and collaborative research environment, values scientific rigor, and can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. A 2year commitment is strongly preferred to allow for deep project engagement and meaningful scientific contribution. Because this position supports our inperson research operations and collaboration with clinical teams, onsite presence is required.
If you are passionate about data science, excited by cuttingedge neuroscience, and motivated to advance innovative approaches to delirium detection and understanding, we would love to hear from you.
Target hiring range for this position will be between $70,017-$87,520 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
