Position: Resident Quantity Surveyor, Program, Cost, Consultancy (Private Building)
Business Line: Program, Cost, Consultancy
Responsibilities:
- Project of a prestige developer, resident on site to carry out mainly post-contract quantity surveying duties for a project including preparation of cashflow forecast, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
- Manage the taking off from drawings for remeasurement for assessment of payment, valuation of variation, pricing of estimate, and settlement of final account, etc.
- Report to technical director in head office and delivery of services with minimum supervision
- Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients, colleagues, stakeholders internally and externally
- Comply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practice
- Attend meetings and site inspections when required
- 5 days works per week with a contract basis for 12 months subject to extension
- Offer good salary package to a successful candidate including site allowance, and gratuity at the end of contract

Work Location: Site
Work arrangement:
- 5 days of work per week with a contract basis for 12 months subject to extension.
- Candidates with satisfactory performance will be considered for a permanent position in the design office after the end of the contract.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder in Quantity Surveying discipline or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience in building works projects
- Professional qualification (MHKIS / MRICS)
- Quantity Surveying Consultant experience is preferable
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
