Residential Counselor

We are seeking a part-time Residential Counselor to join our team at our Shelmire Ave, Philadelphia, PA, location. The position is for full-time, second shift, Monday – Friday 4p – 12a. 

Position Details

The Residential Counselor will provide direction and assistance to consumers residing in the Community Residential Rehab (CRR) programs. 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with nutrition, housekeeping, budgeting, hygiene, self-care, home safety, social interaction, exercise, health management, and vocational.
• Transport residents to appointments and outings.
• Implement appropriate parts of each resident’s goal plan as instructed by the treatment team or supervisor.
• Report the resident’s progress to the appropriate clinician.
