This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.– Multi-service law firm specializing in a wide range of expertise.– Recognized in the 2023 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada.– Supportive workplace that encourages its team to reach their full potential!Duties and Responsibilities:– Handle residential files and mortgage transactions from open to close;– Perform title and off-title searches and identify any problems;– Liaise professionally with lawyers and clients;– Prepare client correspondence and requisition letters; and– Any other tasks as required.Requirements:– 5+ years of experience as a residential real estate experience;– Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma;– The ability to fully handle residential real estate files, from open to close;– Proficiency in Teraview, Conveyancer and MS Office applications;– Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills;– Excellent written and verbal communication; and– The ability to work with minimal supervision.
