Position Summary:

Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking Resource Management Support personnel to monitor and maintain resource tracking and documentation processes within the State Emergency Operations Center (EOC). This role supports coordination efforts with the SERT Logistics, Finance, and Recovery Sections by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all assigned and requested resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor DEMES tracking systems to maintain an accurate and up-to-date resource tracker
• Assist in the collection and validation of documentation for deployed resources
• Support resource accountability for SERT Logistics, Finance, and Recovery Sections
• Ensure proper input and updates to databases and tracking logs in real-time
• Collaborate with field and EOC personnel to verify resource assignments and statuses
• Compile reports and data summaries to support operational and audit requirements
• Utilize Salesforce-based tools and platforms for resource management tracking
• Support demobilization efforts and assist with resource reconciliation and documentation

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a resource tracking or administrative support role
• Experience utilizing Salesforce-based programs and other Division-specific software platforms
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Ability to work in high-tempo environments and adapt to shifting priorities
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) environment
• Familiarity with emergency management resource tracking systems (e.g., WebEOC, DEMES)
• Understanding of ICS structure and logistics support functions
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams in high-stress situations

• Travel Required: Yes – up to 100% while on assignment

Working Environment:

Work is performed primarily in Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) or similar office environments. Extended hours and travel may be required throughout the continental United States and its territories during emergency activations.
