Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances.What you’ll doAs a Director in the Retail team, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of client engagement, while managing a team of AlixPartners’ individuals below you. Our projects are often short, sharp and focussed on results, so 80/20 will be key in managing to find the right outcome for the client at a fast pace. You will then be expected to lead the implementation and be hands-on with clients to actually drive change.As a Director you will require both a strong suite of consulting experience and also retail operational knowledge. You can expect to work alongside experienced staff with practical, real-world experience that can swiftly identify opportunities and real issues. You will be conducting complex and high impact work coupled with a tailored approach with rigorous but pragmatic analysis and outstanding program leadership.What you’ll need
