Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Retail Services and Distribution Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction across routes and stores. This role involves managing staff, training personnel, supporting sales growth, and coordinating promotions.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the order assembly department to ensure daily orders are completed and properly sorted for distribution
• Manage customer service and operations training for routes and store staff
• Work with route sales personnel to maintain high levels of customer care and support sales/volume growth
• Provide periodic hands-on support in stores and routes as needed
• Collaborate with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns at store and route level
• Advocate for customers by addressing special requests and assisting with claim settlements

Skills & experience:

• Previous managerial experience required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
