position Description

We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Inspector with a strong sense of purpose to uphold the safety and reliability of medical devices following clinical use. In this post-market focused role, you’ll process returned products that have been utilized in healthcare environments —gaining exposure to post-market regulations, while supporting our team in delivering world-class care to patients everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect & Assess: Handle incoming returns by performing inspections, decontamination, and disinfection following strict safety protocols.
  • Verify Quality: Use calibrated measuring tools to confirm product integrity against specifications.
  • Document Findings: Record inspection results using ERP and eQMS platforms, maintaining accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Servicing, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Relations to resolve documentation discrepancies related to the return.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Capable of lifting 15–25 pounds on an occasional to regular basis.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in a quality assurance role with exposure to ISO or FDA-regulated environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills in English
  • Adaptability and collaborative spirit
  • Exceptional time-management and organization skills
  • Willingness to learn new inspection tools and techniques

Preferred

  • Familiarity with eQMS and ERP systems such as SAP
  • experience in medical device or clinical manufacturing
  • Familiarity with bloodborne pathogen protocols and product decontamination
  • Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 9001/13485
