Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and innovative RFP Specialist to create tailored proposals in support of our Client Business Development endeavors. This role, supporting multiple office locations, demands exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail. We seek an individual proficient in crafting compelling deliverables with superior writing, editing, and graphic skills.
Responsibilities  

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients or customers for the organization.
  • Maintain database of past and current bids with accurate and up to day information.
  • Draft, refine, and finalize RFP responses to solicitations from clients and customers.
  • Edit last minute changes before submittal.
  • Collaborate with various departments internally to pinpoint appropriate subject matter experts and coordinate their contributions to the RFP response.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of client RFPs and documentation to ascertain their requirements and scope of work.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or clarification requests related to the RFP from the client or customer.
  • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and adherence to formatting and submission requirements of the client for each RFP submission from start to finish.
  • Meet deadlines for RFP submissions and ensure compliance with all requirements and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of standard proposal responses for future use.
  • Coordinate the delivery of completed proposals to relevant parties.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, demonstrations, and other client engagements as necessary.
  • Participate in post-bid analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement in the proposal process.
  • Other duties include, conference coordinator- Research conference opportunities, book conferences, and coordinate with the marketing team for swag and booth detatils.

Qualifications  

  • High school diploma or GED required  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or similar field preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication
  • Prior experience in the healthcare staffing industry or sales preferred
