Job Description

Activa Home Health, a licensed Medicare certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Field RNs for hourly shifts throughout Palm Beach County.

MUST HAVE at least 6 months of Medicare Home Health experience.

Requirements

  • Active Florida RN license

  • Minimum 6 months of Medicare Home Health experience (required)

  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently in the field

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass background screening and drug test

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
