Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing program. Required
• BSN. Preferred
• Successful completion of a program in Surgical First Assisting. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Current Illinois RN license. Required
• Certified in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) within 3 years. Required
• BLS and ACLS, certification. Required
• CRNFA or must obtain within 5 years of hire. Required
