Location: Vaughan, ON (1-2 days/month)
Job Type: 6+ months contractWe are looking for an RPA Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience, including 1-2 years in AI and automation. The ideal candidate is collaborative, eager to learn, and interested in growing with the team. You’ll be working on internal projects in business enablement, focusing on process automation. Strong communication and a team-player mindset are essential, as well as a willingness to work closely with others and take on more BSA responsibilities.Responsibilities:– Assess potential automation candidates and provide summary documentation.
– Facilitate process walkthroughs and task mining sessions to capture current workflows.
– Guide business stakeholders on UiPath and Blue Prism capabilities.
– Document future state process flows, including exceptions.
– Create detailed process design documents for automation efforts.
– Support automation developers with clarifying requirements and setting up environments.
– Collaborate with QA teams on testing initiatives and assist in test data validation.
– Participate in UAT sessions, Go/No-Go meetings, and post-deployment activities.
– Monitor deployed processes, suggest improvements, and resolve operational issues.Qualifications:– 3-5 years of BA experience, with 1-2 years in automation or AI.
– Strong collaboration and communication skills.
– Interest in machine learning and AI automation models.
– Knowledge of Agile and SDLC processes.
– Proficiency with automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, and Power Platform.
