The Consultant is responsible to execute on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by designing RPA process map, developing and testing of RPA automation, ensuring quality of RPA scripts and maintenance of RPA scripts. He/she will be regarded as the subject matter expert in the area of process automation to assist customers to achieve greater efficiency in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to review and assess their manual processes and to identify opportunities for automation;
Design, configure and develop automated solutions as per project requirements;
Work collaboratively with business stakeholders during UAT to troubleshoot any bugs;
Perform code and design review to existing automated solutions and provide ideas to improve scripting or configuration;
Provide technical training to team members when required;
Comply with coding standards and best practices to ensure solutions are scalable and secure;
Ensure documentation requirements are fulfilled and well-maintained;
Provide maintenance and support services;
Software development services including any non-standard interfaces that require customisation
Qualifications
At least 4+ years’ experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies (specifically in UiPath). The resource shall be competent in a) process and workflow design and implementation, b) designing of operating model, and c) automation program management.
At least 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent). The resource shall be competent in a) process and workflow design and implementation, b) designing of operating model, and c) automation program management.
Working Experience with C# or VB.Net
REST & SOAP API
Certified UiPath Designer or Architect
Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills.
