We’re hiring a reliable, experienced, FLEX RSOC Operator! The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by monitoring premises and performing search procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Track employee time and attendance
- Monitor alarms and electronic security systems
- Track the progress of security patrols
- Receive calls from interior guard posts
- Respond to client requests
- Facilitate incident response efforts
- Initiate notification and escalation procedures
- Document significant incidents
- Perform primary analysis of operational procedures
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have 1 year of experience as a security officer
- Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have good communications skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
- Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
- Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical
