   Shift differential $ 1.30 per hour for working  2nd or 3rd Shift  11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

• Grinds, trims and cleans parts before and after rubber covering
• Applies soft or hard rubber valve pats for corrosive service
• Installs curing fixtures
• Cures and cleans rubber bodies, plugs, covers, etc.
• Cures spark tests and inspects rubber parts
• Loads, unloads and operates retort
