• Buying and selling rural property like farms, estates, fisheries and forestry
• Providing clients with relevant and current market advice on renewables, telecoms, rural diversification and telecoms
• Dealing with contentious and non-contentious agricultural matters like termination of agricultural leases
• Looking at historical cultural elements of rural property such as crofting
• Monitoring registration applications for important estates and landowners.
• Historical research on the purchase of baronies and heraldry.
• Discuss terms with utility companies on statuary rights, acquisition and development of assets.

As a senior member of the team, you will be encouraged to network with clients, developing existing and new relationships. Furthermore, you will have responsibility for the development of junior team members.
